1月5日，家乐福发布告顾客书，其中提到“不会退出沈阳市场”，并公布了调整后的购物卡使用规则，以及退卡程序。
但是，有市民注意到，退款的最后期限，竟然是2024年2月29日。
退款可能要等一年多，这让许多顾客更加担心了。
